
Training Schedule
Below is the practice schedule for weekdays during Fall 2025! Weekend workouts vary, so be sure to join the GroupMe to be notified about these training sessions. None of our practices are mandatory. If you can't make it one day but still want to do the workout, many teammates are in the same position, so it is easy to find friends to do the workout with later in the day. There are also second sessions several days per week. Some of these will be coached and are typically light runs or swims. Our winter training is race specific with hard blocks in between races and easier weeks leading up to them.
Monday: 6:30 AM Swim (Rec cen pool)
Tuesday: 7 AM Bike (Meet in front of rec cen)
Wednesday: 7 AM Run (Meet at the track), 5:30 PM Swim (Rec cen pool)
Thursday: 7 AM Bike (Meet in front of rec)
Friday: 6:30 AM Swim (Re cen pool)
Saturday/Sunday: Brick, Long Ride, Run or OWS (Varies week to week)
