Training Schedule
Below are the key sessions each day in a typical weekly schedule during the school year (subject to change). None of our training sessions are mandatory. If you can't make it to practice, but still want to do the workout, it is easy to find friends to do the workout with later in the day. There are also second sessions several days per week. Some of these will be coached and are typically light runs with strides or an easy spin. Our winter training is race specific with hard blocks in between races and easier weeks leading up to them. Below is a sample training week.
Monday: 7 a.m. Bike (Meet in Front of Rec Cen)
Tuesday: 6:30 a.m. Swim (Rec Cen Pool)
Wednesday: 7 a.m. Run (Meet at Track, in Front of Rec Cen, or at end of 68 Del Playa *TBD*)
Thursday: 6:30 a.m. Swim (Rec Cen Pool)
Friday: 7 a.m. Bike (Meet in Front of Rec Cen)
Saturday: Bike or Bike/Run (Meet in Front of Rec Cen, Time TBD)
Sunday: 9 a.m. Swim (Rec Cen Pool)
